These Website Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at www.thepaymentpartners.com (the “Site”), operated by The Payment Partners L.L.C-FZ (“we”, “us”, or “our”), a company registered in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
“Client”, “User”, “You” means any entity accessing or using the Site. “Plugin” refers to the WordPress plugin developed and distributed by The Payments Partners, licensed under the GNU General Public License version 2 (GPLv2). “Services” refers to all consulting, support, and integration offerings provided through or facilitated by the Site. “Digital Product” refers to any plugin, downloadable file, or software made available through this Site.
By accessing or using this Site or purchasing any Services or Digital Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable legal agreements executed between you and The Payments Partners. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
We offer consulting, plugin integration support, and downloadable WordPress plugin products. Access to Digital Products may be subject to Stripe payment verification. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue Services without prior notice. We do not offer technical support for the plugin by default. Access to the plugin is provided on an as-is basis.
Optional Setup Assist may be purchased separately for hands-on configuration help.
The Plugin is licensed under the GNU General Public License v2.0 (GPLv2). You are free to use, modify, and redistribute the Plugin under those terms. However, all proprietary content on this Site, including branding, plugin delivery mechanisms, installation services, documentation, and consulting Services, remains the sole property of The Payments Partners. Redistribution of the plugin does not entitle third parties to receive free support, access to distribution mechanisms, or consultation. Setup Assist is an optional service and includes up to 1 hour of async configuration support. Additional assistance may be billed separately with client consent.
All fees are denominated in USD and must be paid in full prior to access or delivery. Payment processing is handled via Stripe. We do not offer refunds except where required by law or where a product is proven non-functional and we are unable to remedy the issue within a reasonable time (7 business days from notification). Use or installation of any Digital Product constitutes acceptance. Attempting to reverse payment via chargeback, without first seeking resolution directly with us, is a material breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to pursue all available remedies and to immediately terminate any associated licenses or access.
You agree to use the Site and its contents only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the Site, misuse contact or support forms, resell our Services without authorization, or infringe on our IP rights.
We rely on third-party providers including Stripe, Google Workspace, and HubSpot for various Site functionalities. We are not responsible for errors, outages, or data practices of these providers. Use of our Site constitutes consent to data interactions governed by those third-party platforms.
All content, digital products, and services offered on this Site are provided strictly “as is” and “as available,” without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the plugin will operate without interruption, be error-free, or function as expected within your specific WooCommerce or server environment. The Payments Partners provides no technical support or troubleshooting by default. Configuration assistance is available only through the separately purchased Setup Assist service. We make no warranties regarding compatibility with third-party systems (including but not limited to Coinbase, WooCommerce, or CDP settings), and disclaim responsibility for any issues arising from conflicts with other plugins, themes, or server configurations.
To the fullest extent permitted under UAE law, The Payments Partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data, business interruption, or claims by third parties.
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Site or Services at any time for violation of these Terms, misuse, non-payment, or fraud. Upon termination, any granted licenses will automatically be revoked.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall first be submitted to mediation under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC). If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the courts of Dubai.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
